Order Processing Time

• In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
• Pre-order items will be shipped within the same estimated timeframes once received at our warehouse.

Delivery Time (After Shipment)

• Arkansas: 2–3 business days
• All Other U.S. States: 3–5 business days
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on the customer's location.
• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days from the delivery date.

• Return Period: 30 days from the delivery (not purchase) date.
• Restocking Fees: None.
• Return Shipping Cost: Free for customers — we cover all return shipping fees.
• Return Condition: Items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags and original packaging.

Conditions for Returns

• Damaged on Arrival: Inspect your order upon delivery. For items damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with photos and a description. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund as per your choice.
• Defective Items / Warranty Claims: For manufacturing defects or warranty issues, contact support@furnitureconnectionstore.com. We will assist you with repair, replacement, or refund based on our warranty terms.
• Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, with tags and original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate the return.
• Exchanges: Follow the same process as returns for a change of mind. After we accept your return, place a new order for the desired item.
• Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and send the correct item at no extra cost.
